The old manual lathes, milling machines, gear cutters and other equipment gave space to high technology C.N.C. robotic and semi robotic equipment. This state of the art equipment is used to produce high precision parts for our motorized pulley known as the Drum Motor.

Although the products and product design has changed since 1948, Van der Graaf's mission to manufacture high precision, heavy duty and efficient power transmission equipment with the highest quality and superior customer service has remained the same.

Quality Without Compromise

Our motors are wound by a fully automated computerized motor winder and inserter that allows us
to insert motor winding in 6 min. (all our motors are wound to inverter duty specification).

State of the art Micron CNC gear cutter provides us with gear cut to high tolerance for low db levels.		High tech testing equipment are used to check gears to meet AGMA 12 specs.
Automated loading CNC machines are used to manufacture high precision components.		A clean organized stock room provides drum motor components to the assembly lines for every possible combination and allows flexibility to address specialized products and delivery.
